Our Story

In 2004, a family of six embarked on a significant journey, moving to the United States in search of better opportunities. The father dedicated himself to providing for his loved ones, while the mother cherished a dream of opening a bakery, a passion passed down from her parents.

By 2010, the mother's dream became a reality with the opening of her bakery at the corner of Clovis and Barstow. Despite challenges like language barriers, her perseverance, supported by her family's unwavering love, led to success. The bakery became a place where the community could enjoy a wide variety of baked goods, crafted with care and dedication.

As the years unfolded, the children grew and naturally became part of the family business, supporting their mother in her labor of love. The bakery evolved into a cherished local haven, celebrated for its warm atmosphere and delicious offerings.

Today, the family joyfully announces the next chapter for Cafe Oaxaca, relocating to Shaw and Villa. This new location is a testament to their journey and deep commitment to sharing their love for baking with even more people. They look forward to embracing new customers and continuing their treasured family tradition, welcoming all with open hearts and open doors.
